Shenhua: Mould cost is determined by the design. Our lowest tooling fee is US$390, making it a cost-effective investment in bath accessory moulds for customers, especially new startups.
2. Hi, we need to develop a new glass toothbrush holder with lid and launch it within 2 months, is it possible?
Shenhua: We can complete samples within 25days through a new mould, and control the batch production time within 18days. However, our only concern is the tight shipping time and probably you will need to use air shipping if you want to launch within 2 months.
3. Hi, we ordered our toothbrush holder cup from other suppliers, but there are some mould lines on the product that we don't like, is it possible to remove the mould lines?
Shenhua: The mould line on glassware is caused by production methods, we need to have a look at your design and confirm if whether the mould lines can be removed. Normally, if the toothbrush glass is regular shape, we can make it without mould lines.
